This one-day, instructor-led course provides participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to respond to common first aid and medical emergencies.

Participants will learn how to assess an emergency, provide basic first aid, perform CPR for adults, children and infants, respond to choking and safely use an Automated External Defibrillator.

The course includes classroom instruction, demonstrations, hands-on practice and skill assessment.
